Was his dog called Spike by any chance?

The more these stories of fox attacks are put to press the better for our sport. it shows the public they are not a cute cuddly animal that lives on beatles and other insects. if anyone does see anyt

Yes i agree, but i would love to see the animal experts in the citys, having to admit that the foxs need controlling.

Used to live in East London on the Isle of Dogs,we used to lamp the parks and waste ground in that general area 3-4 fox was normal, sometimes we would get 5,we didnt used to lamp all night nor travel great distances,Coney Clucky a forum member here was out with us often, his old hancock dog took 100(approx)in a season,a number of them were city fox.London has a large population of fox, they really are brazen and laid back

i posted on here last year that i was sitting in the

garden having a smoke at about 10 oclock and noticed a

black and white moggy walk past the drive followed by

something red.next thing there was a crashing about in

the wood opposite and when they came out it was reynard

chasing the moggy, the cat made it to a tree in the garden

next door but the fox was meaning buisness and going to

kill the cat.people on here didnt believe me(surprise

surprise).i know that wild foxes wouldnt usually hunt

cats cause there is plenty of other prey about.

i think foxy came from an animal sanctuary down the road

because i know she had two cubs, and the sanctuary has over

30 cats all loose, and that she let the cubs go when

they matured cause they got to much and she let them

mingle with the cats as cubs aswell.so with the cubs

being used to cats i think they viewed them as another

prey species.

roll on next season when little tam is old enough to know

all about mr fox.

The shitzu turned up at Battersea! The foxes are still going to be dealt with, I'm sure they will be replaced almost overnight though.

I'm intrigued as to why the lads think things like this will result in the repeal of the hunting act though.....why is an urban fox problem going to affect hunt country!?

Surely it just means more urban foxes will be trapped and delt with accordingly. Thoughts, not bitchyness please!

IMO the hunting act will never be repealed, gone on to long now without a mention. No worries as nothing has changed at all .Got better if anything :victory: .
