minion 29
What shows have obediance tests for lurchers and what do they entail? Also, are they fair? or is it "prizes for the boys" I think it would be good fun to give it a crack. Quote Link to post
colliejohn 840
most of the big shows run obedience tests in conjuction with the lurcher showing especially if they are held by the NLRC , this entails blind retreive, blind stay, recall of a lure, etc, to me its abit of fun and something different to watch, a bloke called jim greenwood seems to do well at these events. regards collie john. Simoman 110
Chatsworth used to be a good one to watch. I saw Harry Millward there years ago, very good trainer Quote Link to post
Mars 42
I started doing the obedience comps last year with my bull x, mainly to kill time cos the Bull x class is nearly always last at shows. I managed to win a couple with her though it does sometimes depend on weather she`s in the mood or not Had a good day at Chatsworth last year on the sunday, got champion novice. Yis Mars.
