was i wrong to..

today i was out in garden and seen a pigeon unable to fly,i watched it for a few minutes and then decided to put it out its misery and then fed it to my ferrets.i was seen doing this and recieved a load of grief for it.i know you lot speak your mind,so what do you reckon i was wrong or would you do something similar?

should of clicked it when no one was watching or told them that you were taking it in to look after it then rung its neck when no one was there but bugger it there'l be no evidence by time any one comes around anyways and its a good feed fort ferts you did the right thing if it was goosed anyways pal :thumbs:

was it a ferral pigeon,, racing pigeon, or wood pigeon, ??? it could have been one thats just fledged the nest and not abble to fly properly...

just be carefull a feeding pigeons wae rings onto ferrets, as most pigeon keepers will have geed medication to the pigeons at some point :thumbs:

Just a question I was thinking about this the other day ?? Would this include intensively reared poultry to ????

well done.i think you putted it out of its misery and done it a favour.no pint in leaving it there suffering for a cat or a rat to get it later.and i think your right to give it to your ferrets.no pint in leaving good meet go ta waist.but i wouldnt have putting it down in front of people.alot of people would understand and they would just think your been cruel to animals.and then you would be the talk of the town lol
