Starting my Gamekeeping and Woodland management Course :D

Hello to you all, im new to this forum i usually post in the airgun section. so hope your all doing well.

 

today i went to have my interview at Craven college to get on the Gamekeeping course, i must say im well impressed with the facilities they have there. its a shame i start in september tho

 

i learned a lot about airgunning in that section and hopefully i can learn a lot more here.

 

if anyones got any tips or pointers, maybe done a course themselves? id much appreciate any adivce on what to expect.

hello glad ya good on you getting on your course i start mine in august with north highland college a=i have a placement with scottish natural heritage reserve with the stalker.

always offer to help out during holidays and weekends, you will stand out from the rest and been seen as keen and enthusiastic and potentially he may recommend you for a job at the end of the course

the tutor of my course gave me a number of a fella local to me, so i rang him today and hes going to take me on. not paying me like but it will count towards my coursework before ive even started and it's experiance too!
