Height ,to a certain extent has nothing to do with where and where not it will get .Look at the bedlington for a fine example of this .As said ,chest size in a terrier is eveything

Legs are the first thing you throw out of your way,haha only messing.Ive seen big terriers get where small ones would'nt go.if they want it bad enough they will get there,might just take a bit longer.
