I used to have Jackdaws when I was a lad! these birds would follow me everywhere flying up to the house roofs and back down to my shoulder, they would follow me on my old Cowhorn push bike and even to school! I even had one that talked saying "Jack" and "C'mon Jack".

on another occasion I had a crow called "Charlie", He/She was fine until it pecked a young girl two doors up on the head! or at least thats what she said. basically I think he pulled her hair but her father came round and told my old man which consiquently meant "Charlie" had to go. I remember taking him with a pal to a old ruin not far away to let him go and biking away sobbing as I heard him calling behind the ruin , still plays on my mind today! I could never force any of my kids to get rid of their pets as happend to me.......
