wirral countryman 2,110
I still use my "blue eye" occasionally for rabbits as it is a handy tool when the rabbits start to cotton on what the lamp is about,I keep 5 lamps and they all have their uses but my favourite is the" lancer" as its not too bright and doesn"t show the rabbits the way home,a good allround lamp in my opinion, atb, wirralman Quote Link to post
oldnow 0
blue eye lamps was the dogs state of the art back then! Before that we were using forgive the spelling quarts fire out of asda or a round headlight off a car and a car battery ,none of this lithium stuff Quote Link to post
stav11 32
apparently the filter is off a cheaper version of the striker just a tad smaller, does the job though for the small fields Quote Link to post
Country Joe 1,411
Does any one know roughly how many hours lamping I would get with a blue eye 2000 and a 12 volt 7 amp sealed battery? Quote Link to post
