fr0gman4 0
Just after I had posted elsewhere saying I have had no problems with my lamp it has gone on the blink ( just my luck ) I have the one with the built in dimmer switch and when I went out last night found that the dimmer is faulty so the lamp is stuck on full power all the time I have already cut off the cigar lighter and fitted different connectors so I think that knackers my warranty so does anyone know how to get it fixed or is it a case of a new body section??????????? any help gratefully accepted cheers Quote Link to post

Bobo 135
You've just put the wires round the wrong way inside your cigarette connection or whatever you're using. Un-solder them and swap them round, your dimmer should work then. Quote Link to post
Guest game'dogs
it has got a wee bit of damp inside the dimmer or your wire are on revers polarity , it is one of the two :thumbs-up: if the dimmer is damp it might have caused a bit of corosion on the inside strip everthing down and freshen up all the points :thumbs-up: :thumbs-up: :thumbs-up: :thumbs-up: Quote Link to post
