PINNACLE 2,297
I haven't put any pics up here for a while so here are a few Got a bit carried away, but they have not turned out too bad for a couple of rescue dogs. Looking forward to bringing him (brindle) on in his first season, she (rough coat saluki/grey X) is a natural day and night. Quote Link to post

PINNACLE 2,297
Thanks for the comments and glad you like them. To be honest I don't know exactly how either are bred only that the rough coats dam was a saluki x grey. The brindle and white one when we got him he was really skinny and he looked like he had English bull in him but at a guess he has some staffy maybe collie and maybe more whippet than grey as 24" but not really sure someone said he looked like an Ibiazan hound once due to his stature oh and a Great Dane as well. I got the rough coat first expecting very little on the working side but hoped to do a bit of lamping on my shooting permissions once or twice a month in the winter, just for fun as I love watching dogs work. She loves it as do the land owners who are always keen to come as well. One even said lay off shooting to leave more for the dogs. I got the brindle as company her and to give her something to chase other than the fat labs and spaniels we see out walking and he has turned out a treat as they keep themselves fit just chasing each other. I am hoping by next season he might work as well. Quote Link to post
