gnasher16 29,954 Posted May 12, 2011 Author Report Share Posted May 12, 2011 yeh i have always beived the same gnash,,,, nearly all the best weightlifters, strongmen are of white european stock, also in genral better swimmers.. but they seem to be faster than us. is it down to those diffrent muscles fibers,, fast twich slow twich??? fecked if i know well you man must be one lucky fecker with those genetics I believe its down to genetic inheritance myself......look at Icelanders,always reknowned for physical strength which when you look at their living conditions makes sense......Ethiopians,altitude/long distance running etc Plenty of great black bodybuilders of course but then bodybuildings not really about strength....im sure twitch fibres probably plays a part....but i think natural evolution probably plays a bigger part. Yes i can believe that it would make sense,its like the former Soviet Union athletes of today....them Russians did so much experimentation and study which the rest of the world didnt know about in years gone by that countries like Latvia,Ukraine etc are producing some genetically gifted athletes.
