The shite I'm referring to frequent the local shows around Durham area, yes these lads work their dogs but I know some of these so called 'workers' have done very little apart from hole ends, why? A scarred up dog can fool folk. One lad breeds enough pups at £250 a pop that theres bound to be a few that make the grade but......even the failures are bred from, kept quiet about & in one instance I know of sold on as %100 luckily with a trial for £400. The dog walked within 5mins, money was returned but dog was sold on again. In reference to your lookers can be workers, I'd never dispute that but I'd bet my wages there'd be a higher percentage of failures in the show ponies litters than the lads who breed purely for graft. Everyones entitled to their opinion on this site & I apologise if I touched a nerve therefore IMO you know there's truth in what I said. Money ruins working dogs 4 Quote Link to post
