Ritchie Michael 0
Hello, I want to know whether wildlife and nature photography will be more or less popular in the coming years. You can feel free to comment your views. Thanks Ritchie Michael http://www.robertofabbri-wildlife.com/ Edited May 10, 2011 by Ritchie Michael
Romany 1,065
It certainly has become more popular over the years as there is now a greater awareness of wildlife and the environment, starting with kids at school, excellent programs on the subject, magazines etc..this will increase, it is so media friendly..and wildlife photography and videos will increase as recording technologies improve..Scotland for example has a far greater income with wildlife related holidays, visitors and photographers than what it has in revenue income from hunting..Hunting oportunities are being replaced with photography opportunities in a lot of areas and countries, where people were once able to pay large amounts of money to hunt or shoot, people are now prepared to spend the same on photographing wildlife..I have been involved in hunting all my life, and at this point of time I would be more concerned about the future of hunting, shooting and fishing than wildlife and nature photography..
