And wait till the excuses start pouring in LOL 8 jills here one in kit ready to drop soon all others brought out by snippey the snip , Quote Link to post

Moe 108
i still cant get my head round why people get kits every year, get them going, turn out to be good workers and then bin them at the end of the season.then buy a gill a couple of month down the line, mate it keep a couple and ditch the rest on anyone who will take them.then start again,i personaly cant see the logic ,as i value a good working ferret as much as my dog.thats my rant over, has its been said wont change a thing. 2 Quote Link to post
foyrious 13
just read an ad on gumtree guy selling 2 prg jills for 60 quid ? he then goes on to say he made 640 notes from last years litters and yes there silvers if there making that sort of cash why is he selling them I can smell something..... fields??? sheep?.... no, cows??... that's it, BULLSHITE! ha.. never mind silver, it would need to be gold plated to fetch that kind of money, but if theres someone daft enough to pay it, he might hve a chance.. It's a shame that ferets are so common now and fetch no money atall, regardless of quality. It's also sad that such an intelligent and charismatic animal is so easily mistreated!! i've rescued many ferrets who were baught for a child and ended up living in their own crap due to a bite.. i'd bite if i were left in a cage week in, week out and never handled or socialised... LESSON ONE= ferrets are NOT hamsters!!! and if anyones reading this, i've got loads of kits, all colours, free to BAD homes! (JOKE).. Quote Link to post

watchman 256
It's another year and STILL theres far too many ferrets being bred. Doesn't anyone get a hob done or pay to have the gill injected? It's hard to find real quality stock unless you're right 'in the know' and the ferret scene is bein flooded with crap every year.. For them that breed quality, for good reason, does it not piss you off when people expect all of your hard work for less than a tenner a kit? PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU BREED. If money's a problem, either find a mate with a vesectamised hob or DON'T keep ferrets! .. and that's my rant for today mate your spot on,i know a lad that wanted to start out in the dog game, bit of lamping gave him plenty advice and he went against everything i told him got a fecking yapper now that aint worth shit, recall is non existant and i wouldnt feed the fecker, yes i know his fault not the dogs but hey, took this lad ferreting couple years ago he was mad for it and on the ball to be honest, since then he goes with his chav mates that do it all for the laugh smoke themselves stupid and make more noise than a playground of girls and got no fecking idea, always asked me why i turned his invites down, this year i heard he has bred 3 jills from last years stock for no reason other than he thinks he knows it all and knows they will fetch a tenner each from some mug willing to buy any old shit, have not had anything to do with him for a couple years now best thing i ever done hes a f*****g idiot, but certainly not the only one out there Quote Link to post
