DEKAW 85
Here is the situation. The girl next door has a German Sheperd bitch approx 11 - 12 months old. I can count on one hand how many times she has had it out for a walk. I couldnt help to notice the other day when it jumped up on the fence its claws were like tallens She goes out for hours on end and locks it in the kitchen. As im typing this i can here it whinning on. The question is should i pull her about it or should i report her to the correct authorities? What would you do??????????
Stabs 3
Have a word with her pronto... put her straight as a first step. If she chooses to do nothing then you might have to have a think about your next course of action.

DEKAW 85
The dog looks in good condition. The other thing that is pissing me off is there is dog shit all over the back garden, which she makes no attempt to clean up How hard is this to do especially when she lets here 3 year old son play in the garden
Kay 3,709
I agree have a quiet word with the woman, see if she knows the claws need clipping, maybe the dogs a bugger when its feet are touched, i also think if the backs covered in dog shit its a worry as the kid can catch toxocara , its likely the animal has never been wormed either if the claws have been neglected
stevesel 18
I have a similar situation, my neighbours have two labs that are fat as f**k, i mean one can hardly walk. When i mentioned to her that it was unfair to let them get into such a state the lunatic accused me of starving my lurcher. Some people dont want telling
