julianngrant 0
Hi, Just got into rough shooting, as a couple of mates do it, and have bought a Browning maxus 12 bore semi. Got permission to shoot vermin from a local farmer with loads of land. Had a 4 hour lesson at the local clay pigeon shoot. And I'm jiggered if I can find more than a couple of woodies flying around to shoot at. Help.............................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I will of course be reading millions of threads looking for advice) Quote Link to post
stubby 175
Ive always classed rough shooting as walking through wooded areas, therefore your looking at woodies, crows, magpies, rabbits, squirrels etc, still need to be reletivly quite and dark clothed, if your walking fields, the pigeons will see you a mile off, and fly higher and faster, not giving you much of a chance, if its fields you have, maybe try decoying instead, Quote Link to post
