if you had a dog that pulled up aka stashed would you keep it if it was a good dog and what would you call a stash ive seen some good dogs do it odd times [bANNED TEXT] the hare as two much stay for um and starts two pull away or some dogs do it when the ground is concrete hard of very stoney would you get rid i no some men that would get rid in two secs but i think if the dog trys is best and then runs out of steem after 3 or 4 mins and the hare is pullin away if it does the odd time so be it if still kills plenty

i personaly would feel its my fault for slipping the dog when it obviously wasnt a very good situation but in my opinion if a dog is beat it knows it.

theres a big difference to pulling up and running out of steam,but likes been said if no injuries,fit,and everything seems fine with the dog gets a couple of bends in then hits the breaks you might aswell pts imo

theres a big difference to pulling up and running out of steam,but likes been said if no injuries,fit,and everything seems fine with the dog gets a couple of bends in then hits the breaks you might aswell pts imo

 

 

im not on abount a couple of bends pal no one would keep a dog like that i have seen some well known dogs do it and my own but it all depends why it does it i think and how often i think 99 % of dogs would jack if pushed enough

Well thats the idiot holding the lead then for over matching his dog.............. There jacking then there jacking if he jacked then he's off, Even if old puss pulled a 100yds id expect him to keep going,

 

 

You should be able to tell if your dogs had enough, Or the run before was enough for the rest of the day, If you push ANYTHING over its limit it will put the brakes on thats any animal....

no first race on the fens no were two hide half saluki x most dont have enough wind two out run a good winter hare just askin cos everyone always goin on abont dogs that do it sayin pts i think its not always the case

if a dogs tried and just runs out of steam and the hare pulls away from it and slowly easers up id still feed keep,but you know youself the ones it should of killed and it starts doing it there might be a problem [starts getting into a habit that it thinks its beat]
