should hanging be brought back

If this crap was not in place

I feel that hanging could be brought back for certain offences like murder particularly with todays D.N.A testing

Or the birch in some cases of assault like happy slapping and assault on the elderly or disabled

and more powers of discipline given back to schools

Only one i will comment on, as i work in a school, with the group of children there who would be getting the cane. It wouldnt work and would be a bad idea.

I dont think hanging is the way to go.....i like the Yanks ideas lethal injection is a more humane way....i know dead is dead but as long as theres no 15 years on death row kind of carry on i think as soon as guilt is proven 100% then certain kinds of murder why hang about they should just get the jab.

 

For certain crimes id like to see good old fashioned street justice allowed rather than keeping some sick f****r hidden away inside......and as for giving someone like that Venables kid a new identity .....let him out to fend for himself in the same area he committed the crime,make it known his release date etc......

Good point but why just children what about adults who may leave a mother ,father ,wife and children of his own which is the greater loss

and how about the rape of a child they have to carry with them the rest of there life

I would change two laws. I would make it a serious criminal offence for a politician to knowingly lie in parliament or to the public and I would ban political parties. They are supposed to do what their constituents want not what a party tells them to.

 

EDIT: I would also repeal the laws for inciting racial hatred etc as they affect freedom of speech and obviously I would repeal the hunting ban.

i agree 100 % over the politicians and the ban on the political parties that do not live up to there commitment's to the people voted them in

 

your second point by that if you mean freedom of speech for all including the British public without restraint by colour,creed or religion i agree

 

and last but not least every person should have the right to hunt

 

the only problem with hunting with hounds is please do not insult my intelligence by telling me its for fox control i can kill more foxes in a week with my rifle

than they will kill in a year on horse back with the hounds

 

however i respect there right to hunt in which way they choose

With more law makers like you the poor little bunnies would feel a lot safer that's if there were any left after so many people had taken up ferreting

and i feel that having taken away the ferrets right to work they should be allowed to retrain and receive counseling remembering that the owners

will have fecked of abroad and they have no jobs

at this time i feel this could be very costly to our countries over stretched budget
