a fella i know who fishes in irland alot for pike say alot of the lakes have been ruined by germans coming over for a holiday, killing pike of all sizes and taking them back home

going off on a tangent i,m told if a pol works here for 3 years and saves all they can, then they can retire when they get home. also like all other immigrants they don,t half know what benefits they can claim for. a workmate is looking at moving to australia and it,s going to cost him a couple of grand just to get the paperwork sorted, who,s the mugs?

Some of you dont seem to grasped the seriousness of this situation.The foreigners are not sporting chaps like us, who only take what we need, these b*****ds kill everything they catch, regardless of size.The are rapidly destroying irelands fishing, to the extent, that anglers arent going there anymore, but going to holland, denmark etc instead.The irish thought the krauts were bad, they killed f**k all compared to the eastern europeans, and they will do the same here if we let them, and we dont have anywhere near irelands natural fish stocks.When the fish have gone, so has the fishing tourist, and the tackle industry.....its not just the fish who lose out, think about it.

I was talking to someone here just the other day. They actually said to me; " The british used to come here for the fishing. Not any more though. " I never really took it in at the time

 

Regards 'Immigrants' and benefits; I'm an Immigrant here in Eire. All the Irish people say I'm mad not to claim for all I can get. " It's all European money now. " They say. Someone told me only yesterday that the Health Board would probably build me an extension with a shower and flushing loo in it, if I told them how I was living.

 

Too crafty, me. I'm an ex pat brit. Not an eastern 'roper. I know the score: A Roumanian would get the extension. I'd get massively fined for polluting the enviroment and my property condemned for lack of a septic tank!

 

Anyway, I never came here to scrounge off my hosts - nor eat all their fish.
