mussells 0 Posted February 13, 2007 Report Share Posted February 13, 2007 a spinning about 8 to 9 ft and a nice fixed spool reel if your just starting as the multiplers can be tricky so i,d stick to a fixed spool. pop into your local tackle shop im shure they will help you. Quote Link to post

Alhoy 0 Posted March 4, 2007 Report Share Posted March 4, 2007 use my pike rods 3lb t/c for float/bottom/lure fishing for pike....use a fixed spool on them..if just lure fishing put a shimano 7ht muliplier on 1 rod....'there just about idiot proof.. ...hence the reason i use one...
