J Darcy 5,871 Posted May 4, 2011 Report Share Posted May 4, 2011 Managed to drop a very old buck tonight. On a local shoot i was asked to see if i could grass this old fellow. I clumisly spooked him at first, but later on in the evening dropped him with a 25 yard shot to the heart. An old boy that had seen a few winters i should hazard a guess. Quote Link to post

Martin Martin, I wouldn't like to say, but his coronets are out of proportion to his skinny antlers. I would say he is rapidly going back and could well be a great grandpa.....
