just to explain to yea these people dont chase anything that bites back thats not the point but yea cant run a dog on game 5 days a week in the heat that we have had here and not expect to f**k it up and these are the same men that will say had that breed had this breed their shit that is the point of the orginal question

 

I dont know them nor know what your temperatures have been like but I doubt any hotter than here and there is no way that its too hot yet to run dogs. There have been a few days where it was maybe but not one night yet. Plus a good dog man will know how to adjust his dogs to the heat and will also keep them in tip top shape year round and the heat will barely bother them and even if it does, just let them rest up and as long as you didnt cook them for real then you will be alright.

 

We've only had the hounds out a few nights so far cuz we are still running some daytime but give me another few weeks and we will be running them all night long on barking coyotes usually about two nights a week. Some of them nights will be 85 degrees or better and they will run for hours. It wont be a problem at all though cuz our dogs are in hard shape.

i,ve seen many a supposly good dog men with great bred pups,next minute they for sale tell you no good, then a good dog man gets a hold of it turns it into a top animal,ive seen this many times most times same men,they don,t put it into dog so they can,t expect to get it out.

But there is good dogs out there that bad doggy men make them look bad not feed right not out enough no exercise etc etc.

Your right there they need to have the tools for the job but what am saying is there is dogs out there that have the tools but just the wrong owners to get the best out off there dogs
