in my local gun shop 12g clear pigeons number 6 pack of 25 are £6.25 fcking expensive

For game cartridges about €6 odd, and nearly €5 for clay cartridges (eley olympic trap).

 

So, better value than the UK at the moment. I usually buy in bulk, so it helps a bit with the per-box price.

Lordy! I'm glad I'm not buying ammunition there. I just checked my cabinet, and I paid under $4 USD for 12 ga Remington Game Loads, box of 25. What's that, about £2?

 

The most expensive ones I have, 12 ga 3" mag, steel shot, that we have to use here for waterfowl, were only $10 USD, about £5.

 

I imagine some things there are less expensive than here, though, so it probably balances out. I just paid $15 USD each for foxnets here.

I havn't brought any for a while as I still have plenty left but I payed £3.50 Per 25 from my local Gunshop, this is their link if you want to give them a try ....
