Went for a look.

Now then you airgunners, Had a phone call over the bank holiday, a land owner that I've cleared rabbits for over the last three years rang to ask if I wanted to remove some bunnies from around the buildings he houses his live stock in during the winter, and I repied, I'll be there in 30 minutes, no rush lad he said, if you would rather watch the royal wedding, to which I replied, I'll be there in 30 minutes :D We met up at his yard, and then we drove to the sheds in his truck, I'm always in favour of doing surveys in the land owners vehicle, saves me fuel  When we arived I unslipped the HW, and off we went, there was quite a bit of digging under the foundations, no damage has been done, but if the rabbits are allowed to carry on this Summer, then they will do some damage to the footings, you could see the lime stone they had dug from under the concrete. So off went the land owner, he had things to do, I wanted to have a quiet walk round without the chat ;) As you folk know, as soon as it goes quiet, the bunnies appear :D A quick peek round the side of one of the buildings revealed a lone bunny munching grass, but it wont be doing it again, one to hang up. A sneak round one of the other buildings saw me putting the crosshairs on bunny number two. I stopped to check how deep one of the warrens was, so I put the HW on the bipod while I stuck my arm down the holes, they were not that deep so only needed back filling, but while I had my arm down one of the holes, a rabbit from a warren futher up the building hopped out, a slow climb onto the HW, and WHACK! Number three joins its buddies, and it was at about this time I realised I had a bit of a walk back to my truck :( So I stopped the whacking session, filled in the shallow holes and walked back to my truck with my miniture haul. So tomorow I will get back up there with some Fenn 6's and sort the building burrowers, and with a bit of luck, knock a few more off with the HW :D No swish looking pics, forgot to take the camera, so its a phone pic job.
