Recommended Posts

i brought him in offered him some boiled chicken and he refused it so i put a few mil of cod liver oil down his throwd and took him back over to the park for another walk to see how he was and he seems brand new he was speed flashing like a pup and then walking back across the football pitch's on the way back to the house we bumped into a mocky so he gave her an interveiw and he even wanted to bring her home but then when we got back in i offered him the chicken again and he milt it so i gave a bit more and he ate all that aswell so i dont know what to do now just leave until tomorrow and see how he is or keep him in and stay up with him to make sure he's alright.f---king dogs cause more stress than children but i could'nt be without them

Hi guys, im new and this is my first post, i had a similar problem when my dog was 4 months old, he stopped eating and vomiting vigourously, i took him to the vets and they said he had gaesterentoritis or however its spelt. if he has got it then the vet will simply give him a antiinflametry injection combined with a steroid injection to perk him up and get him eating, cook him chicken and rice that will get him tempted, keep plenty of frest water out for him because diaorreah and vomit causes dehydration,

from the symptoms there is a slight chance parvo could be the case but this is really rare, but they will give him the injections first before even thinking about it,

hope this helps and sorry for the spelling, all the best mate and hope he gets better soon

kyle
