anti bark collars?? any good

i work away and my brother takes the dogs,they stay in his kennel through the day,he has a complaint from neighbours about dogs winging and barking,and wondered if this would do the trick? any posts appreciated,thanks b/w

if i was you would go for sonic rather than shock just doesnt sit right with me shockin the dogs i use the sonic one

attached to the neighbours it should stop the complaining, sorry couldnt resist.

the spray ones are not very good ,i used to sell them in the pet shop. the shock ones worry me when there is more than one dog ,could one standing right next to the other not set both collars off if they were both wearing them.

most councils dont worry too much about dog noise in the day as long as the welfare of the animals is ok ie adequate water , space , light and ventilation . its barking at night that they take more seriously. in wales the option of electric collars has been taken away.
