Ideation 8,216
It's not uncommon for a vasectomy to reverse after some time, even on a hob earlier proven to be infertile (only way to properly check this is through tissue analysis... Or whatever fancy name they slap on it). Even if the vasectomy is failed from the start, the vet shouldn't be blamed for it. The best of the best will get it wrong at times (often through no fault of their own), it's a known risk and one that isn't always avoidable, if you never want kits get them all castrated or spayed, if you just want to put off having kits for a season or two have the jills jabbed (Usually around £15 a shot, but if you've got a whole group to do they may give you discount) to bring them out of season and separate the hob whilst they're all in season... Know what your saying, but the vac hob is far better if it works, much more natural is my thinking, and at the end of the day if you have a few jills and are not going to breed until they are say 6, then thats a lot of cash over time, a lot more than a vac.
