And don't eat ones you find on conifers or eucalyptus. O yer and don't tear it off the tree, cut some off, cos if you tear it you will damage the mycelium and might not get a re-growth. And i think some folk are just sick. But you can cook it like chicken, cooks up like a flaky white meat. Cook it with risotto or curry, or any chicken dish to add an extra bit of taste.
