Moll. 1,770
Just being devils advocate, but..........why do you think hare coursing was included in the hunting act in the first place? Hare coursing was included in the ban because bLiar called "fox hunting" "hunting with hounds" and then exempted rabbits and rats. But why include hare and not rabbit? Moll they didnt INCLUDE anything. They called it hunting with hounds, that means you cant hunt ANYTHING at all with a dog. Then they EXEMPTED rabbits and rats. Yes, the same thing just turned around. So why EXEMPT rabbit and not hare?
DogMagic 461
Because bLiar gets more votes that way?
DogMagic 461
Why was the ban forced into being in the first place when it was voted against?! Because bLiar is a tosspot!
shushyjukal 41
If it wasn't for us gypsy and travellers this forum would be empty. Every time we get mentioned we get at least 60 posts, I love it and I love being a dirty smelly law breaking p***y. It's who we are, what we do and what we will continue to do for years to come so just get over it! 2
baw 4,360
Never got banned so I'll say some more lol. These gypsies got off because the BBC would need to get charged as well in my opinion, nothing to do with ethnics. As for why coursing got banned, have we forgot the £1 million pay off to labour from antis? As for why hares and not rabbits, simple, Waterloo cup. All the things that got banned eg fox hunting, hare coursing are all the events that were boycotted by lacs etc. If there was no Waterloo cup would there have been a ban, probably not in my view. It used to be a simple one man and dog affair hunting. Joe public knew very little and didn't care. That's until money got involved and folk were filming competitions like the forley cup. Too much evidence of us killing furry animals I'm afraid. You go about your business quietly nobody bothers.... You shout from the rooftops people take notice, usually the ones you don't want.
