halamrose 24 Posted April 25, 2011 Report Share Posted April 25, 2011 Pretty much anyone can be a referee, so long as he doesn't have a dodgy record the landowner should be fine. Written permission is your proof you need the rifle - you need only one, my police (Cambs) wanted it on their own Land Authority form.
