lawrence 657 Posted April 26, 2011 Report Share Posted April 26, 2011 my bitch broke her leg around the same time as yours and also had a plate put in but the vet says it will have to come out again before she can be worked.reason given was that the plate stops the bone naturally flexing when running and actually creates a stress point above the plate with a strong chance of another break at that point if dog was ran with it in.
