Tuning a deben box

Have you done it? Is it difficult to do? How easy is it to break something once you have opened the locator up? Thanks...

Not sure what you mean by Tuning? Is the depth off by a lot. Did it happen all of a sudden? If so there is probably a break in the internal antenna.

I hear its easy! two Knobs turn one or the other to the left a bit and you got it. A friend of mine did it and his reads within an inch now!

Steady, not that I didnt believe you, I was looking for a bit more info from others on what to do and not do, to be honest Im a bit nervous about messing with em. How far off does yours read versus the measuring tape?
