hellyer189 93
How much cheaper is it to make your own nets taking into consideration the amount of time it takes to make one? Quote Link to post
The one 8,511
Don't suppose its any cheaper unless you buy the stuff in bulk . it roughly the same price where ever you buy it but its the time you put in even at the minium wage it would mount up .The joy comes from catching a rabbit in a net youv'e made your self ..I only use nets iv'e knitted myself over preference to shop bought or cut off of a long net . the point was brought home years ago when we where out and i had the net bag after we had netted up it was just the shop bought nets that where left in the bag Quote Link to post

There is nothing wrong with buying good quality nets in but there is no better satisfaction than catching rabbits in nets you have made yourself £1.60p for hemp nets not bad at all Quote Link to post
