sighthound1811 6
just a thought.....i bred a litter of 3/4 greyX beddie just over 4 years ago....all are doin well an take a variety of quarry....my question is why dont you see more of this cross about ? see plenty of the whippet crosses but not many greyhound ones...from what i've personally witnessed this cross has everything the whip cross has an has the added bonus of overall size an strength advantage..i'm in no way running down the whip crosses .....just wondered what peoples thoughts on this were.....atb..chris.. THEY WERE MORE POPULAR UP HERE AT 1 TIME MATE. HOWEVER I THINK THE LACK OF GENUINE BEDLINGTON BLOOD TO BRING IN & THE RISE IN POPULARITY OF BULL CROSSES FOR QUARRY THAT WOULD BITE BACK LED TO THEIR FALLING OUT OF FASHION/ I KNOW THE OWNER OF YOUR DOGS SIRE & HE WOULDNT HAVE KEPT IT IF IT WASNT A DECENT DOG... B DOWNEY FROM THE PAISLEY AREA KEPT & BRED BEDLINGTON GREYHOUNDS & PRODUCED SOME DECENT ANIMALS ALSO, BUT HE DIDNT HAVE A LARGE GENE POOL, AS ALL ROUND TYPES I HAVE SEEN SOME GOOD DOGS FROM THIS BREEDING Quote Link to post
