if you live near a fishin harbour you could ask the harbour master have he any old fishing nets.they wouldnt be as strong as nylon but they would be strong enought to hold a rabbit.we makes our nets outa them.its realy handy and free aswell

i live in the scottish borders, also i have not got a clue how to make purse nets, just trying to find someone ore somewhere that i can buy them from, thought about flea bay but not sure about the quality i would get from there.

Bridport nets is spot on I get all my gear from there even my mk3 from there

got very good nets here 3 ply spun polyester cacth like hell had them for ten seasons just started making them again pegs are hard wood beech they will be doublle enders and all got plenty kill in them pm ill see if we can get a deal ,best nets ive had nest to irish linen and the old cotton mill mateial years ago soft strong and dont blow or tangle to much in cover ,some a meter some 4 foot non rot proof
