jukel123 8,078
Totally different culture that. They are dancing for pleasure. Trying to pick up somebody doesn't seem part of it. Different in my day. Dances were testosterone/sex fuelled. All males pissed up eyeing each other like rutting stags. Take it everybody was high on stuff other that booze? All that copping off still happened probably more so but it was after the rave ....they were very chemical fuelled hedonistic times I want some of that chemical They were great times jukel & you are right to certain degree, it was different to trying to cop off in your local nightclub, it did happen a lot of course, but the dancing & your high & the connection that you felt for complete strangers took prominence ;-)So why not legalise E and weed and coke and let booze with its attendant destructive qualities die a death?Could it be anything to do with big business controlling the booze industry? Could it be anything to do with big business? Massive question mate, but what I do know is that a relatively small number of people died from E during the 90s & the media went fcukng crazy over it, whilst ignoring the thousands that die directly or indirectly from alcohol related incidents.....
