Ive decoyed on to a grass field on many occasions when the birds have been feeding just off my permission on the next field in certain circumstances its better ie standing corn as long as your on the flight line

got finished yesterday at 17.00 and watched birds flighting over a drilled barley field and into grass they were feeding on the clover patches

without a doubt you can decoy them, on grass fields,its clover they are after so give them a go,whenever you see a decent number of birds on it.

no mate as above, if theyre feeding on it go for it had some good days on clover.
