baw 4,360
hows it not a sport How is what not a sport???? A sport always as money in it and there is always something to win at the end off it and the only thing that as money in it and something at the end off it is hare coursing (matches). Hmmmmmmm not always money mate, lots of pub teams playing football on sundays for the sport or girls hockey etc.............. I don't think its a sport either btw, I find the word sport gives people the wrong impression, sounds like you enjoy iy..... heaven forbid you walk for miles in driving sleet to catch some quarry which is eating all the farmers crops with your dog in the name of fun!!! yes but sunday football and girls hockey always have something to win at the end off the season??? Yeah true mate. I know I hated the expression, bloodsports.... as if we are all blood thirsty f*****g animals. dont know how true it is ,but ,,i did hear saluki owners were the tops!! 11 Where the f**k have you been??? Thats exactly what i've been looking for Quote Link to post

baw 4,360
AGAIN!!! You need to cool your skin regarding pheasants mate. If you know your pheasants which I think you do, you'll know that us lurcher boys account for a very small percentage of your birds. Cars will take out more in a day than we will in a season. I've seen 7 killed in the one area eating spilled hops from the whisky lorries. Quote Link to post
artic 595
Another BAWLOCKS thread by the one and only! Only trying to create discussion mate Discussion? Lads, just leave all the ornamental pheasants alone, they are out there Quote Link to post

Although i'm half joking with you i do have strong feelings towards the poaching of pheasants mate.......Why do you lads always say the same thing about cars....ffs we know they get killed by cars but theres nothing you can do about that and most of the time its an accident unless some bellend thinks its funny to run them down..... The numbers that are killed by cars, vermin and weather are bad enough without having to worry about dogs catching them and c**ts stealing them. I know that Lurcher lads are not interested in catching pheasants, if you made it a past-time then you wouldn't catch very much.......guarenteed in the summer months ahead there will be a photo of a dog and some half grown poults and a memeber on here getting the "well done" pat on the pack shite.......... Thats a rant...... 1 Quote Link to post

I would feel the same if I put all the bother into raising them BUT.............. as a rule, lurcher boys dont take much. I mentioned the roads to put it into perspective. I understand where your coming from I seriously do but I love winding you up and its getting easier by the day Quote Link to post

baw 4,360
Just where do you come on your list then baw ?? I'd like to say they are all equal dan but I struggle with the chav with the bullcross mate. I'm old fashioned, when I got into dogs it was set rules..... dog has to be 9 months to start on rabbits..... 18 on hares, you wear outdoor clothes to blend in, the dog is a companion not a status symbol, that sort of thing...... the total opposite from what I see from the modern trackie/trainer bullcross owner. I have nothing wrong with bullcrosses, had them myself, its the f*****g chavs who are into hunting as much as they are any other fad. 1 Quote Link to post
