stubby 175
so in my quest to find a lurcher from a rehoming centre, I find another site on the net and start searching the dogs, found one that sounded good at 2yrs old and no behaviour problems, but needed rehoming due to owner being to ill to look after it anymore anyway scrolled down to the picture, and started laughing, my partner asked why? I said to her "whats the main thing you would want a lurcher to do" she replied "HUNT" I then continued to scroll down to the picture see below........ Quote Link to post

witton 6
Most young lurchers will walk upto a rabbit and sniff it, if it hasnt been brought on the instinct wont click untill the rabbit runs. If you took that dog out i would put money on it chaseing. Most lurchers are not born killers, they just have a huge desire to chase. In the right hands any lurcher has the potential to be great David Quote Link to post
