Advice on air riffle

Would like some help with purchasing a air riffle. Looking for some thing about£100 that I can shoot rabbits rats birds etc and practice with over the summer. Any links or advice greatly received.

Hi mate,

 

I think your deffinately better of getting second hand you will get more for your money if you are spending a ton on a rifle. The most important thing you should do when you get one though is take it to a gun shop or ask at the shop you might buy one from if they can chrono it for you, if your shooting rabbits or any quarry your gun needs to powerful enough for the job.

To be honest I can't think of anything you will get for £100 that is up to the job. Double your money and look at s/h weihrauchs.

me and alot of people on here ( except moely ) will tell you that you shud save up a bit more money and buy a good well known second hand air rilfe, any of these are fantastic:

 

Air Arms Prosport

Air Arms tx200

 

Weihrauch HW97k

Weihrauch HW77

 

all these are underlevers which are phenomally accurate.

You are not going to get a Value Air Gun for around £100.00

 

New or 2nd Hand

 

Save for another month or two

 

You might get a bottom of the wrung SMK Break Action - but you will regret it later

 

Air Gun's have more working part's than Shotgun's

ive just bought a mint 177 webley vulcan with 4x40 scope mounts and gun bag for bang on 100,and its powerfull enough to drop fure and feather ,there is bargains you have to look for them bud good luck

seen this ad on BBS,and thought of you.a nice little starter air rifle,which will dispatch bunnies out to about 20/30yds,once you get some practice on paper first!!!!
