Sweeney-Todd 208
Has anybody used or have this scope Hawke Nite-Eye Digi-IR 3-12x50 IR SF Rifle Scope. I'm thinking about buying one for a hw100 Hi Villaman. The digis are good scopes, nice and clear, well made, I use the 4-16x50 version, and get on well with them. Paralax adjustment is keen though, very tight, so make sure your eye relief is near perfect. A good way to make sure of the relief, is to leave the mounts loose, close your eyes and shoulder the rifle, when your head rests on the combe of the butt naturaly and comfortably, open your eyes, and look at the sight picture you have. Deside then if you need to adjust the relief, then repeat the process untill you can shoulder the rifle with your eyes closed, then open them to see a clear edge to edge view. Hope that makes sense. ATB. Bill. Quote Link to post
