no mate the best coursing bitch i owned lost her tail when she was 6months old,killed god know's now many hare's.dun 3 and 4s for fun,got told to match her loads of time's wasn't interested killed hare's anywere so no it won't spoil the dog :thumbs:

Seen a few good dogs with half or no tail didnt affect them at all and My bitch has a curly tail and someone i wont name swore blind she could not be shown or run properly blah blah blah and she runs like the wind

who ever said that has,nt got a clue :wallbash: the dog won,t run proberly what aload bullshit :censored:

look up the pie dog he only has a bit of a tail and he was the best dog that ever walked the earth according to some people on this site

 

 

Aye look up the pie thread, there's one guy on it who says the dog wouldn't be able to catch anything because it's only got a stump for a tail, he reckons it wouldn't be able to turn as the tail acts as a rudder.:doh:

 

I've had greyhounds with half a tail and also seen others and it hasn't affected their performance.:thumbs:

My mates big dogs tail is shorter than my springer and he runs just fine! and the bitch he has, has just had 6" off aswell but will not be running till next year now! they ajust with oyt it! but don't think you can take the dog out on 1st night and it will be same dog or running stile!
