3 Turns 326
ALRIGHT MATE. TAKE THE PUP OUT S/HANDED ON THE LAMP AND GIVE IT 1,2 EASY SLIPS AND SEE IF IT,LL HAVE A GO. IF ITS RETRIEVING BALLS,STICKS BACK TO HAND IT KNOWS WHAT TO DO. 7MTHS OLD,ITS BIG ENOUGH FOR A COUPLE OF EASY SLIPS. I WOULDNT WORRY YET MATE.ATB Quote Link to post

Any advice please? Thanks After reading your post I think the dogs telling you in it's own way it's not ready yet. Some dogs start younger than others, it's up to the owner to work out when they're ready. The pups only 7 months old so still has plenty of growing to do, both physically and mentally, let it be a pup for the time being. Keep at it with his training and try the rabbit skin from time to time i'm sure he'll come round and retrieve it eventually. You could always take him for a walk over ground that holds rabbits, at this time of the year he's bound to see plenty of young ones above ground it might get him switched on. But as I said earlier he's still a pup so I wouldn't be worrying about it. Quote Link to post
