I help coach my sons under 13s rugby team and on Friday evening they won their first trophy , they are a good bunch of boys and at the start of the season it looked like the team was going to fold , theyve worked hard and stuck at it and its payed off , pround of them all

And well done the boy's let's hope its the first of many for both you and them

it's nice to see youngsters with a sport that will keep them fit and give them a group of friends that will remain with them

during this important and impressionable time of their life

good exercise team discipline and ambition to better themselves perhaps even play for country

and the bonus it will keep you fit and out of mischief to :yes:

well done to you and the kids , my lad play's under 14s and their at the lose every game stage , fair play to them though they don't give up easily just hoping it click's like your team has bet your proud of them all,no stopping them now atb

good stuff, hopefully the first of many trophies and if the train and play hard, they may make the ENGLAND squad one day :toast::toast::toast:

yeah weve told them that they are all good enough to play for England :whistling: ... but if they train and work that extra bit then they may be good enough to play for WALES :notworthy:

But IF they make to the England squad, they will get the chance to get their hands on some 'PROPER' silver trophies and not a wooden spoon :tongue2::toast::toast::toast:
