Guest Dale
if you keep back one of the pups out of every litter you breed you will end up with a lot of youngsters, all needing training and all needing work i know , i never kept 1 bk from my whippets litter , all 3 of my dogs are adults and fully working , i know people with alot more than 3 dogs . and still have the time to bring on a young dog . but more to the point im not a peddler , i have asked certain members on this site with great experiance with deerhound crosses including doxhope . so i have done research into the mating of this sort of lurcher and not just coz i want cash . if i wanted cash i wouldnt have asked advice on the breed before lining it . its not a profit gaining mating its because i want a 3/4 grey 1/4 deer , and what best way is there to do it than breed my own dogs which are working and i know there abilities , this post started as me askin for info but all i seem to have got is greif , whats the point in having a hunting forum were [bANNED TEXT] cant ask advice and people take the **** ... i was never planning on lining my whippet this season all i asked was a question , like i said im breeding this litter so i can have a pup , not for a profit gain ... ... Dale , as for this post regarding the lining of my dogs , im lining my deerhoundxgreyhound back to my greyhound , and not lining my whippet! , no one else really has to like it but me , and wont be forcing puppies onto any 1 , they all will go to good homes anyway.
