outdoorsman 0
i dont know if this is the right place to write this but i was disgusted once when watching an old vhs video on shooting in new zealand and the total lack of hunters respect and responsability to the animal some blokes was out shooting wild pigs and as they was feeding they shot one then as the group started to run off one of the hunters (if thats what you can call him) personaly i called him a lot more than that shouting at the tv, this hunter decided in what i can only quess was either a pot shot or simply a last minuet effort to just fire his rifle, sent a round off which hit the pig in the rear as it ran away i was well sick at such an irresposible prick which left a creature in unimaginable pain and possibly a very slow death, i thought what ?????????? was the point in that, that shot should never have been taken ever, i hope others who watched that felt the same, hunting is respect, not risk or intentional harm thanks for reading

skycat 6,173
Afraid you see it all the time, especially with people taking pot shots at foxes on shoots. Give it a few pellets up the rear, knowing full well it won't kill it outright. Their answer: "it bowled 'im over but he won't last long." Some people view certain animals as such pests that they don't care if it dies in agony over a few days. :censored:
