Alright lads and ladies .... my labradors about 2 years old and has always been of a racery build but now im worrying hes gettin to thin ... hes been wormed very recently but is still think im feeding him wagg worker 21% protein i think with pasta and bits of cooked chicken and shortening his walks to try and bump his weight up does anyone have any advice to help him gain weight ??

brown bred mate works when greyhounds get underweight add bit off milk or small and often with his food all the best in gettin him right

diet shakes over his food will build weight fast its like having 2 meals in one,though i would'nt advise it for any great length of time! atb ryno

My Lab bitch was the same last year only she was loose all the time as well, i tried a few different foods (wagg being one of them)until i found one that suited her, she is on DR John Gold now, putting a little weight on, not too much like cause i like them fit and her stools have firmed right up.

Hi mate, its got to be the food to much protein make your dog very loose unless your working them alot then they need the chicken etc,i feed mine on skinners maintaince its got 19% protein then whenthe shooting season starts i go up to 24% protein and there stools are fine,

take him off wagg its crap my springer was on it i went over to green tripe stools solid and gaining wait my lurchers love it my lab is on pedigee chum dry good coat i have to watch is wait chappie is good tin or dry
