the guns can be left to any non-licence holder.......but,they have to be collected by an RFD from your premises...and sold on your behalf or the RFD may buy them from the inheritor.

 

you can also pre-arrange with an RFD of your choice.....and specify the info in your will.

Or plod will take them in and get shot of them..lol.. or hold them untill yr family member gets a sgc or fac!

As said. Set it up with your RFD. Arrange for him to collect guns and sell them on commission. I think you can leave a sealed envelope with your will, to be opened only after your death, with the place where you keep your cabinet keys written in it. Check that with your legal beagle. Remember the boys can get very arsy about telling WAGs where keys are kept!
