martnmagik 68
i have several jills all in season but one lives alone as she is agressive towards others, she was in season and fully swollen untill two days ago. i went about my usual routine cleaning the hutches and runs and gave them all a once over to check claws etc and noticed that she was no longer swollen ! she has not been near a hob, had a jab or anything,i have never in 20 years of keeping ferrets seen this before so was wondering if any of you could offer me an explanation as its baffled me. atb mart Quote Link to post

martnmagik 68
stroller.. ive had a close eye on her and she dosnt seem ill in any way. ive also called my vet and asked for advice and the useless twat just said "this is normal" ferrets only stay in season for a short period of time . but as long as she stays healthy im not going to complain.
