As sport goes, id much rather see foxes worked to dogs be it terriers, hounds or lurchers myself,. ive already seen a well grown cub (dead-roadkill) and a vixen on the same stretch of road, so id imagine with the harsh winter we had there are a few early litters about... ... fat man 4,741
Yes pa,between all the new fast stretches of roads and the lads with the lamp and rifle a litter of cubs has a hard time surviving.Very easy call in a cub on the lamp within shooting distance for and decent rifle.Well i suppose that's there sport, would'nt be mine. Rabbit Hunter 6,613
I'm sure the 'summer' or 'fine weather' hunters will be the death of a lot of the fox cubs this summer. Quote Link to post
