poacher3161 1,766
Maybe if their had been no prejudice against the working class [council estate residents] in years gone past by wealthy landowners the hunting ban would never have been implemented . 1 Quote Link to post
steve66 3,448
One thing ive learned , is never judge a book by its cover lots of decent lads from council estates and very knowledgeable about sighthounds , saved me afew quid over the years than running to vets 1 Quote Link to post
Lab 10,979
Well i'll have too add myself to the council estate list then as thats where i was brought up.....quite a ruff wee mining village too but it aint done me any harm.....probably some good infact.. I wouldn't judge a person on there clothes, that would be f*****g silly but if you turn up for any type of country activity in this place theres a feckin good chance your going to get soaking wet so trainers and trackies are a no no...... Nothing worst than freezing your bollocks off all day ...........common sense????.. Quote Link to post
Paid 935
I dont like summer hunting chavs, who hunt for kills, and nothing more, never using their catch. But I also don't like stuck up tame pheasant shooting numpties, who shoot 20 birds, and take 2 home. but worse of all, to me, are the know it all, my ways is better than yours types these forums are plagued with. Little clicks of twats who think there shit doesn't stink. 3 Quote Link to post
slips 114
well being new to the site i must say ive noticed a slight class war going on here!!! it seems that if you wear tracksuit bottoms and own a bull cross your automatically classed as a chav who does hunting more damage than good etc etc load of bollox!!! some of the best dogs in the uk have been breed, reared and lived there whole lifes in the roughest estates in Britain and their owners have nothing but the dogs best interest in mind and going without so the dog goes with!! i live about 30 mins drive from one of biggest council estate in europe and some of the dogs from there are right out of the top drawer and there defo not all bull crosses owning chavs who live there everything from whippets to deerhounds live on there and if you need anything to do with dogs you will always find it on there yes ive seen some things i wish i hadnt by the dickheads who give them a bad name but ive seen alot worse going on out in the countryside by people who most would at first think is a good dog man just because of his house, kennels etc guess what im saying is judge a man in the field not where he comes from i used love hunting the roughest estates for ole rattlys in me younger days you couldnt beat it 1 Quote Link to post
sandymere 8,263
Brought up on a council estate myself, Chavs are chavs, but the middle class ejits with the full body camouflage are no better, it’s about what people do not what they wear or live. Having said that I don’t see much discrimination on here just some decent sorts from all backgrounds and a few idiots from various backgrounds, much as one would expect. Quote Link to post
SPOTTY BACKED BIG RACK 90
Its not the tracky bottoms or council estates what are the problem. Since the ban came in a lot more arseholes seem to be in the game Quote Link to post

poacher3161 1,766
Like has been said it dont matter were you grew up or were you live its the way you go about it some of the best dog men i have had the plesure to meet came from the toughest areas of east london and saturdays spent in a pub in that area were they all used to meet up was a real eye opener to how meny lads from that area were into hunting in some form or another.
